The delivery was not good, I had to go down to the street to get the packages.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. As it is an external transport company, this happens on rare occasions. We will file a complaint to prevent it from happening again, thank you and we hope the painting has been to your liking.

It would be good if the frames came with their hooks to hang them. Hooks, anchors...

Response from HOME ORIGINAL
Good morning. All the frames come with a bag containing hooks, anchors, and plugs to hang them. Please check the box or the back of the frame where they are attached. If you can't find them, we can send you a kit if you wish, greetings

* Similarity to the original, but small differences in customization * Speed and security of shipping. * Manageable weight

Thank you for your feedback. We try to match it 100% with the original photograph, but there are always small differences since it is hand-painted. We are glad you liked it, regards

THE SYSTEM OF RATING HOW THE PAINTING CAN TURN OUT IS GREAT, WHAT I THINK COULD BE IMPROVED IS THE FINISH OF THE CANVAS ON ITS BACK. I THINK IT COULD BE BETTER FINISHED BECAUSE IT IS A LITTLE ROLLED OUTWARD, RUBS AGAINST THE WALL AND IT SEEMS LIKE IT COULD DAMAGE THE CANVAS.

Good afternoon. Sorry for the back finish, it shouldn't happen... surely some rivet has come loose accidentally. If you wish, we can pick it up and leave it in perfect condition, regards and thank you

Everything perfect. From the delivery, being on time, and the product is almost the same as what is seen on the web (much better, because the textures are noticeable)

We liked it, but we see differences compared to the selected model. Perhaps the tones are not as soft as they appeared in the website photograph and in our opinion, it has an excess of gold leaf details. It comes very well packaged and the stipulated delivery times are met. Good service.

Good morning. Thank you for your comment, and to tell you that if you find the tones too bright, we can pick it up and lower the tones as well as the gold leaf. We remain at your disposal, greetings

Good overall. The delivery to the Canary Islands was delayed. The packaging, perfect. The painting, beautiful, was what I wanted. Maybe a bit more muted colors than in the photo. It looks very good in my living room. Customer service, excellent, they clear all doubts

I had to carry a 13-kilo package up to the tenth floor because it wouldn't fit in the elevator, and the delivery guys, young people, refused.

Good morning. We regret what happened, but we must inform you that in our SHIPPING section on our website, and in the Order Confirmation, we have already stated in writing that the carrier is not obliged to carry the package up to the customer's home if it does not fit in the elevator. Most of the time, they go alone to deliver, and it is impossible for them. We are very sorry.
