Regardless of the chosen delivery method, home delivery always depends on the carrier. When Chronopost indicates "recipient absent", it means that the delivery person showed up at the indicated address but could not deliver the package (absence, impossible access, intercom, hours, etc.).

In this case, Chronopost automatically redirects the package to a pickup point or a post office, according to their procedures. This decision depends neither on your order nor on our company.

However, allow us to provide some important clarifications to avoid any confusion: The product received is indeed the one you ordered: At HT26, we do not add color stabilizers to our formulas, which can lead to natural variations in shade (whiter, more beige, more amber). The formula remains strictly identical, only the color may vary from one batch to another — and this does not alter the effectiveness of the treatment. It is a body cream: It should not be applied to the face, as the skin on the face is much finer and more reactive.
