I paid 32 euros for the day cream preparation. When I received the package, to my great surprise, there was a 30 euro label on the cream. I didn’t understand anything.

I live in NYC, quick order in 48 hours. I will definitely reorder for sure. HT 26 is the best.

This is my second time making a big purchase on your website, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. When I validated my order online with an additional 36 euros to pay for DHL, I received a confirmation, then the next day I get a second email from HT26 with the purchase of only 1 item. So I had my cousin who lives in France call and explain to the manager the situation, she responded that it was too late because my order was separated and will be sent as is with extra shipping fees. She also sent me an email, talking like she was sorry but she wasn’t going to do anything about the situation as she stated. That was bad customer service, and I doubt that I will make future purchases. Sincerely yours. Ais

I have been using HT for almost 15 years since my arrival in France until today and I have never changed, it's the only cream that suits me, I have skin allergic to several creams but with HT it's wonderful.
