Terrible customer service! They do not answer the phone. If you also make the mistake of ordering the wrong product on the ht26 site, the return costs are at the customer's expense. I am very disappointed. It's zero stars that they deserve.

Please note, madam, that when you order our products, you agree to comply with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, according to which 'in the context of a retraction, the customer must bear the return shipping costs' (article 6).
