The milk is of poor quality compared to the first order. The smell is nauseating and the texture is sticky, like you made the paste with water and soap. Really, it is unapplicable on the skin. I am really disappointed, given the price of the milk and the shipping cost. And your promo code that you offer to customers does not work.

I am so disappointed that I don't even know what to say, only that I wonder if we made a mistake turning to this site for purchases when I have been using HT26 products for over 3 years which are expensive and there are not enough resellers, I say this because it has been a month since my last order that I have not received because I am told that shipping costs amount to 120€ and I am penalized, so why was it said that shipping costs for transport would amount to 40€ for Africa? Including VAT?
