Easy access site, fast delivery and the order in very good condition but I find particularly that the delivery costs more and more expensive.

I think you should update your site with a bit more English, it's hard when you can't read French. Also, I requested English so I expect to get a reply in English, apart from that everything else is fine. Thank you for the fast delivery.

Regarding the navigation of the site, I honestly think it can be improved. The ergonomics and design should be reviewed. They should, I think, highlight the products for sale to enhance them.

The delivery is not secure because the package is left in front of the door without me knowing. Yet I am at home to receive it.

Great I chose ht26 for my skin problems it still doesn't work but I'm waiting another month

I ordered 2 lightening milks and one of them was not good, no smell and no color I didn't like it, the other was rather original. I spent 75 pounds to only receive one good product. I will not buy anything from Ht26 again

I had one of the worst customer service experiences this time. I received the wrong product, I emailed and sent all the proof. I needed the product so badly that I was willing to pay half of the shipping since the customer representative said the shipping fee is expensive. But after some time, I checked my email and saw that a new order for the right product was issued. I was so happy and thought I did not have to pay any fees, later I saw another email asking for me to pay so I emailed the guy again and he didn't respond. It has been now 3 days and he just kept ignoring me and for the new order they did not receive any tracking number. Even though you have good products, this is not a way to treat a customer.
