It was my first order and I paid more than my package was delivered to my home and the big surprise my package was delivered to a relay supposedly Covid-19 and today even with the current situation packages are still delivered to home. I wish to be refunded the most I paid.

I am not happy with the maximum day face cream, it gave me a lot of pimples on my face, not nice to see, I am disgusted. It already happened with the first face cream and I changed to the one for 32€ which didn't change anything, on the contrary, it worsened. Please respond, I need your advice to remove the pimples and the oily skin it created for me

Incomplete order. I have always used the ht26 range which I love. It gives me a clean and radiant complexion. But for my first order on the site, I am disappointed. I ordered the preparation range and the night cream is missing. After several calls and emails, no response from customer service. Nor from Samuel who asked me to send him a photo of all the products received. I recommend the range but not ordering on the site. I did not have a good experience, I hope you will fix this and send me my night cream, I paid for it, I remind you.

I am generally satisfied with the orders and the service. I usually spend a lot of money on orders from Paris to ensure I receive authentic products after visiting the store in Paris last year. But my positive experience was not as positive this time and I am considering changing my products. I ordered a batch of products that I cannot track and on my account, there is another order that appears which I did not order. There is nowhere to communicate with the store because everything is in French and I do not understand where to find a customer number. I am disappointed this time.

I am not satisfied because this is the second time I order and what is offered to me as a gift is not what I receive. For example, you announce offering a spa treatment instead of that I receive body butter and 2 small tubes of toothpaste and 1 small tube of hand cream. I find that this is a misleading announcement you make.
