Hello Madam, as you have seen on your package tracking, you ordered on August 22, the Chronopost relay was delivered on August 24 and remained there until August 4. You were normally notified by phone (0766580582) and by email ([email protected]). We cannot do more, it would have been wise to track your order in your customer area or to call us. The product is being returned here, if you wish we can proceed with the refund. Thank you.

I received my entire range, but I did not receive what I ordered. I ordered the entire VITALITY range, and I got a mix of everything, knowing that I can only stand the smell of the vitality range. I called as soon as I received my order and was told that it was because the vitality range is out of stock. Hello, First of all, thank you for asking for my opinion regarding my order. Actually, I did not receive the product I ordered but rather another one instead. I had purchased a shower gel for £27 but upon delivery, I received an aloe vera shower gel that costs £19, which is an £8 difference. After the lockdown, I went to the HT26 shop in Château Rouge to explain to them, as I usually buy my products there, they gave me a customer service number that I called several times without any response. So you owe me £8.
