On the amount of my order, shipping should be free, but you made me pay. That's bad for business.

I didn't like it, it depends on the people but for me it didn't change anything, thank you.

Hello, I have received my order, just that order no 148700 from 2020/03/10 was delivered to me with a big delay and with 4 missing VITAMIN PURIFYING soaps.
Please can I have my soaps? And in my orders, I am entitled to gifts that I never find in my packages.

Hello
Order no148700 from 2020/03/10 was delivered to me with a two-week delay and 4 soaps less out of 8 VITAMIN PURIFYING BARS that I ordered. Plus, all the gifts you promise, I never receive anything. I want to exercise my rights by recovering my duly paid soaps. Thank you

The site is ok but needs improvements. When you click on a product and want to go back where you were, it brings you back to the beginning.

The white essence and caviar products do not seem to work! After different signals in private messages on Instagram and Facebook remain unanswered. I will never consume this brand again..it's a scam, when you spend more than $600 a month on these illusion cosmetics!

This is the second time I received an order with broken packaging, this time I lost about half of the contents. Not to mention that they didn't send a gift even though the receipt included it, I tried to talk to you and the messages do not respond to me. It's horrible. Although I love your products, I have to assume that I think your service is very bad.

The service was correct but I am not satisfied with the delivery, it was delayed and complicated by Chronopost. In short, I am disappointed with the gifts because a product at this price deserves gifts that correspond to the purchased product, like a good to wear the wig, a cream for the maintenance of the wig, or a glue for the wig. It's not the same as in the photo, I received a wig that is too smooth, I don't even know if I can curl it, no instructions. It looks really good in the photo, it's not the same thing that I received. I don't know if an exchange is possible.
