Great for the site but I find that the products are not well described enough. Lacking precision. But the delivery was made on time. I received my bed well packaged, with lots of little gifts, the products smell good, the natural essences honestly give a feeling of organic, I love it. The customer service I received was the worst I ever encountered. They were not ready to assist with tracing my order until I reported to PayPal. I will not be ordering from HT26 in the future. My order took about 6 weeks to arrive and HT26's response was lukewarm and nonchalant. I do not recommend - never!
