Great for the site but I find that the products are not well described enough. Lacking precision. But the delivery was made on time. I received my bed well packaged, with lots of little gifts, the products smell good, the natural essences honestly give a feeling of organic, I love it. This is my first order and the first use was great, now I just have to see what it will give in the long term.

Very good site, I received my package very quickly and I even received extra gifts, the package was well packaged. I was just a bit disappointed with the Iman powder cream. Very small and doesn't cover blemishes. Thank you to Ht26, the communication was perfect and there was good follow-up.

Excellent although the shipping costs vary normally over 21 euros shipping is free, please review but good services

I received the products on time just like usual thank you. I got gifts and I am happy. I love your products, they are really great. But I am so disappointed with the customer service. No help if you have an issue, you send messages that remain unanswered, terrible customer service, if you can improve on that side. Thank you.

Order very poorly packaged with toxic adhesive tape directly stuck on the products, I find this kind of packaging very dangerous for cosmetic products with a free product that I did not receive, fast delivery nonetheless

The customer service I received was the worst I ever encountered. They were not ready to assist with tracing my order until I reported to PayPal. I will not be ordering from HT26 in the future. My order took about 6 weeks to arrive and HT26's response was lukewarm and nonchalant. I do not recommend - never!

We have nevertheless often informed you that your parcel was held by the customs service, in this case, unfortunately we have no control and the period of possession can be up to a month.
After this period, the parcels go back to delivery, which was the case for you.
