Unfortunately, we do not manage deliveries but you have the option to request a second delivery at your convenience when a delivery notice is left in your mailbox or on the Laposte.fr website when you are invited there.

Indeed, we offer you to find your products either by brand (by scrolling the list), or by the product name (by simply entering a word or the full name) or thanks to a solution to a problem (which will offer you a set of products that can solve your particularity).
These sections are available at the top of the site on the homepage.
You can also find our different ranges on the homepage, HT26, White Essence, Lotion 90, Topsygel, Preparation and Prescription.
The makeup and hair sections are spread across other tabs, always visible on the homepage.
In each product range, items are sorted by body parts or type of product to facilitate your search.
For example: brightening range, moisturizing range, facial care, body care, soap, scrub, etc.
But we remain at your disposal if your search is still not successful after this.

Hello, a bad rating because the ordered products were sent in an oversized box without padding for the bottles that clinked loudly. This alerted the carrier who opened the package with a cutter. Upon delivery nothing was missing but seeing the box cut like that was shocking and does not encourage ordering again.

I placed an order recently and to my great surprise, 2 weeks later, I received a customs fee invoice accompanying my package, yet my previous order had no problem delivered after 7 days to Canada. Shocked, I contacted customer service who didn't even bother to reply to my email. Yet I already pay very high shipping fees (36 euros). I believe you should at least arrange not to charge additional fees to your customers for shipments abroad. I am disappointed with HT26 service. A. Such a large company that has a poor service. While I liked your products. But if I have to pay 36 euros in shipping fees and customs fees, I find that a lot, so I prefer to stop using your products. Furthermore, I find that you do not have a customer retention policy. Thank you.

Travel-sized products are indeed offered with your order but they are at your choice, if this choice is not made, we offer gifts based on your order or to let you discover our different ranges.
Moreover, we are out of stock of hats, by the way, this one has not appeared on our site for more than a month.

Your prices are too high and expensive. Stop increasing the prices of your item rather increase and improve on the quality of your products. Avoid making reddish colour products like carrot oils because it makes one’s colour changes, stains dresses instead make them to Brighten ones colour that is it should make fair or yellow person’s complexion colour yellow or fair and not reddish, chocolate or dark.
