The face cream you sent me is not the right one, I usually take Action stains, the intense concentrated cream enriched with carrot oil for night face care.

Some shortcomings in the use of cookies which is not well implemented. Other than that, it's a site I often visit to order my beauty products and my highlights.

the site is good, that's not the problem, I really liked the tutorials for bleaching Brazilian strands and closures. and for applying the lace.

We don't always find what we want on the website
More choices in store in Paris
Not easy for us who live in the provinces
It took several weeks to see the product I wanted
Can do better on this point

Very good site but only offers one shipping method, the post is too expensive but not very competent. I didn't pay to pick up my package at the post office, what is my address for?

Otherwise, the packaging and delivery time is interesting.

I find that this site no longer respects its commitments (it was not like that before), you are told that your delivery is made within 48 or 72 hours and when you place an order you have to call them several times and moreover they do not have the kindness to acknowledge their mistake and tell you that your order has not been processed or shipped, they insist that your order has been shipped and promise to communicate the tracking number to you. I find this attitude deplorable as it only tarnishes the image of this site.
NB: I placed a new order on Saturday, April 30 and until today I have no news of this order because I have not yet called Ht26.
