Hello, We are sorry to hear that this has disturbed you a bit. Indeed, you have received the right product, the formula is still the same, but we have slightly changed the packaging, as we like our packaging to have a fresh look sometimes. This may certainly unsettle you, but don't worry, the Topsygel Brightening Milk still fights against the appearance of spots and works deeply to unify and illuminate your complexion, naturally. If you need information, feel free to contact us at 0668918825, we are at your complete disposal. Best regards. The ht26.com team

I’m so disappointed with my order. My order got damaged because of poor packaging. I have sent emails but no reply. I have also called but no one ever picks. This is the second time I’m having a similar situation that never gets resolved. Still hoping my problem is resolved.

Make sure to inform the client about taxes to be paid through DHL prior to delivery. My package was delivered 4 days late due to DHL's email request to pay estimated taxes that I was not aware of when checking out my order on the HT26 website.

I did not receive my order. I waited for my order but I received a message that I have to go to a pickup point which is far from my home to collect my order. It's always like that with Chronopost.

Response from HT26
Hello, We are sincerely sorry to learn that your order was not delivered to the correct address. This does not meet our service standards. However, the pickup point you chose was temporarily closed, so unavailable, and in order for you not to wait any longer to receive your products, Chronopost delivered your package to another nearby pickup point.
