Bad because I didn't receive the order, I stayed almost 10 days at home and when I received the message that the package had arrived, I went to the post office and was told to go pick it up at the main post office because the address is incomplete.

Satisfied. However, it would be nicer to receive an email after delivery even though I have the tracking number. Being desired by my aunt for her family, I am convinced that she will appreciate all the products.

The order was a bit delayed compared to the expected delivery date. But otherwise, the product is great, the baby body lotion is thick as I expected and absorbs very well. No need to add baby oil inside. My little one is gradually regaining his beautiful soft skin and his lovely birth complexion. I hope all other boxes will be as thick as the first one I opened. As for the baby soap, it is amazing, it worked wonders on my son's skin, it is very gentle and softens the child's skin, I recommend it to all mothers who are pregnant or who have just given birth to buy the HT 26 baby range for their child. The composition of the baby lotion and soap enriched with sweet almond oil is just great. As for the baby shower gel, it didn't suit my son since he had eczema, the superfat soap works wonders on his skin, no more itching from eczema. I am very satisfied with the soap and the cleansing lotion. I use topsygel brightening, I have regained my even complexion that I had lost due to childbirth, with HT 26 products you have to be patient otherwise you will get very discouraged, it is with time that I see the effect on my son's skin and on my skin, now I use topsygel clarifying it is also great accompanied by the topsygel shower gel with vitamin C.

I do not give 5 stars because I encountered issues when receiving the package, it did not match my order.
But I was called back the next day and the person was kind.
As a result, I was able to keep the exfoliating mask and received my white essence soap 4 days later with plenty of small diverse samples that allowed me to discover other products from the brand.

I am very disappointed that the gift presented during my purchase is not the one I received.

It's been a month since I've been using HT26 products and I admit that I am pleasantly surprised and very happy with the results that were already visible after a week. And thanks also for the little gifts. However, the packaging leaves much to be desired.

Disappointed with my last delivery because the milk leaked in the box. I only had half of the bottle left. I sent an email to report it and I just received an apology response.

How well received in time the milk very poor quality it does not meet my expectations. It darkened my skin on the face already at the base I have problems with spots on the face that I manage to get rid of, but with this face cream it's worse already that it's satisfaction or refund because I am very very disappointed I stopped using it. If you have any advice to give regarding my face because I have very sensitive skin! And for the gift I did not receive what you described just samples and a hat.

The only drawback I noticed is that the listed gifts are not always present in the box upon delivery of the order. For example, often out of 3 mentioned gifts, we only find 1 or 2 in the box with the order, often even nothing.
