I enjoy shopping with HT26 and the delivery is always quick as well, the only problem that I have is not being able to track delivery because you don't provide any tracking number to your customers which is very inconvenient.

I appreciate the speed at which the products arrived and especially well packaged. I just started this range, so I think that after a few months I will be able to judge how it works on my body and especially my face. So far, for the little time I have used the face cream, I can say that it's great!!!

Yes just one star because I am very disappointed. I explain that I ordered the ht26 anti-spot milk (skin harmony) with a white cap and I see that it is rather the one with the gold cap that was sent to me since the color of the milk is yellow and not white. So I am in trouble because all my clothes will be stained with this yellowish color that this milk has, because I had used it before and it did not go well since it left yellow stains on my sheets, underwear, and clothes. Not to mention that it has a very bad smell for me who loves everything that has a pleasant scent, really very disappointed with my order this month.

Response from HT26 Published on 21/09/2023

Hello madam, Having spoken with you by phone, I was able to see that you were indeed sent the multi-lightening anti-spot milk that you ordered. As I indicated to you, HT26 is a brand that favors the most natural formulas possible, which is why the products do not contain color preservatives. Moreover, a color such as you describe is a sign that the chemistry between the different active ingredients present in your milk has worked perfectly. Therefore, there was no error in your order. Thank you for your attention and understanding. The HT26 team

Very bad service. It has been 2 weeks since I contacted customer service by email, phone call, and Instagram to ask about the shipping cost of products to China because there is no possibility to order on the site (since customer service informed me that the shipping prices to China are no longer 40 euros but have increased), but no one responds to me. Customer service just keeps making me go in circles. They do not respond to messages and when they do respond, it is to answer something other than what I am asking as a way to pass the time. VERY DISAPPOINTED that a brand like HT26 has such a mediocre customer service.

Response from HT26 Published on 19/09/2023

Hello Madam, For China the only way is to place an order on the site, the carriers in China are not always available, if you finalize your product selection, and if carriers are available, the site will give you the shipping cost that day because the rates can vary due to the unavailability of carriers. Thank you.
