First, navigation on the site is not smooth and more complex on mobile. Delivery without issue. Then, satisfaction is half because I did not receive the box as it is presented on your site and I had to claim a missing product. Also, I never received the small mirror. Finally, customer service is reactive, but does not really engage with customers.

Package arrived on time, with many little surprises, my lotion arrived almost completely spilled and I can't take the cream from the pump I have to completely open the cream, for now I have no opinion regarding the quality of the products because it's only been 4 days since I started using it, we'll see later
