Hello, Your delivery was prepared on time. This Monday being a holiday, you ordered the day before a long weekend. The weekend is not counted as part of the delivery times. This explains the delivery delay. You will find the delivery address of the package in your email.

Hello, soon when a customer orders your products, take the time to provide them with a mode or a guide on how and when to use each product... or even to better guide the customers, give the mode and the order in which they should or can use the products. In my case, I don't know how and in what order to use the different soaps and oils I ordered because all the products are soaps and shower gels... the oils are body oils... here is the difficulty I am currently facing, I am waiting to know how and in what order to use them.

If you're trying to lighten your skin, ht26 products are not the one. I bought the whole lighting set, which cost me A LOT and all that happened to my skin is darkness!! It DOES NOT brighten skin at all.. don't waste your money, it does not work!!
