Incomplete order. I have always used the ht26 range which I love. It gives me a clean and radiant complexion. But for my first order on the site, I am disappointed. I ordered the preparation range and the night cream is missing. After several calls and emails, no response from customer service. Nor from Samuel who asked me to send him a photo of all the products received. I recommend the range but not ordering on the site. I did not have a good experience, I hope you will fix this and send me my night cream, I paid for it, I remind you.

I am not satisfied because this is the second time I order and what is offered to me as a gift is not what I receive. For example, you announce offering a spa treatment instead of that I receive body butter and 2 small tubes of toothpaste and 1 small tube of hand cream.
