After using the entire topsygel range, the best product is the face lotion which greatly reduces acne and evens out the complexion, the milk is also not bad, difficult to absorb but effective, the complexion is uniform, it is a correcting milk that corrects imperfections very well. This is my second time making a big purchase on your website, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. When I validated my order online with an additional 36 euros to pay for DHL, I received a confirmation, then the next day I get a second email from HT26 with the purchase of only 1 item. So I had my cousin who lives in France call and explain to the manager the situation, she responded that it was too late because my order was separated and will be sent as is with extra shipping fees. She also sent me an email, talking like she was sorry but she wasn’t going to do anything about the situation as she stated. That was bad customer service, and I doubt that I will make future purchases. Sincerely yours. Ais

I find the delivery price quite high, with other merchants, a delivery at 9.90€ is Chronopost delivered in 24/48€ the products are already very expensive so plus the delivery frankly it makes you think, especially when you are not sure the product will suit you. Can do better though
