I bought 4 shower emulsions. And a gift. Everything is broken.

Hello, not happy at all because the delivery person left my package above my mailbox which is very imprudent because anyone could have taken it, I will not order from your site again

I still have not received my order. Customer service does not respond to me, and unfortunately I am not satisfied and requested a refund but I do not know how to complain because I do not reside in France.

I am not happy with customer service. I placed my order 2 weeks ago and I still have not received my order. I wrote to HT26 customer service by email, no response. No one is answering my concerns.

Navigating their site is smooth. I ordered and was delivered three days later. The package was well packaged and I received several gifts. Thank you HT26.

I paid 32 euros for the day cream preparation. When I received the package, to my great surprise, there was a 30 euro label on the cream. I didn’t understand anything.

For now, my skin is still dark, I do not see any lightening.

Already for the delivery I found myself paying customs fees upon receipt of the package, but the real problem is that I opened the new bottle of milk yesterday and I notice that it has neither the color, nor the scent, nor the texture of the other milk that I had paid for before, so I am confused and hesitate to put it on my baby. For the rest of my order, it seems correct, the only problem is the milk which is not the same as usual, I don't understand

This is my second time making a big purchase on your website, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. When I validated my order online with an additional 36 euros to pay for DHL, I received a confirmation, then the next day I get a second email from HT26 with the purchase of only 1 item. So I had my cousin who lives in France call and explain to the manager the situation, she responded that it was too late because my order was separated and will be sent as is with extra shipping fees. She also sent me an email, talking like she was sorry but she wasn’t going to do anything about the situation as she stated. That was bad customer service, and I doubt that I will make future purchases. Sincerely yours. Ais

I find the delivery price quite high, with other merchants, a delivery at 9.90€ is Chronopost delivered in 24/48€ the products are already very expensive so plus the delivery frankly it makes you think, especially when you are not sure the product will suit you. Can do better though

Disappointed, order error, I received an order that is not mine. I have contacted customer service several times who has not responded for a week.

I ordered my products since 7/11/2020 and till now, I have not received it. I am not sure I will be using your service again. No explanation has been given why there is a delay. It's better to have a refund so that I can look for an alternative.

I returned to France 4 months ago and it is this multi-lightening body cream that is better for my skin, this is my 3rd box of use and 3rd gift from HT26. The delivery time and transport service impeccable nothing to say.

Your site needs an update. It is not modern at all and does not encourage buying.

I find the service too long. Because I ordered since November 5th and according to your writings, the delivery is 48h to 72h.. and I still have nothing. Because I really need my products.

Regarding my repairing body lotion, it's been 4 months since I've been using it and this lotion is starting to have an effect on my body, the spots are fading gradually.

We were supposed to have the choice between Canada Post and DHL as you mentioned but apparently that's not the case, why are the choices limited in terms of shipping? I don't have time to wait for a package from morning to night. Easier with Canada Post

The 1st and 2nd orders went well but the 3rd my package is still in Saint Honoré and I am in Cannet so I am still waiting for the HT26 team to do what is necessary for me to retrieve my package

Information taken by phone, the order was made immediately. I received my order 24 hours later in great packaging, accompanied by gifts, samples, and catalogs. Thank you HT26.

I did not receive my entire order, I ordered 3 multi-lightening milks, 1 multi-hydrating milk and 3 soaps worth 11.90 each, and I only received 1 multi-hydrating milk, 1 multi-lightening milk and 1 soap. And where is the rest of my order?

I did not receive a gift with the package otherwise delivery was very fast and products were as described

Navigation and delivery was okay. However, the wrong products were delivered and I wrote to customer service but never got any response.

You did not print the delivery address correctly as I sent it to you and therefore the package was not delivered and is being returned to you.

Hi the cream Brightening Essence is great but I have a question I ordered my second face cream essence but I find that the color of the face cream is different from the first one

I want the missing product because I paid for everything, it is the facial exfoliating sponge that costs 14 euros. Please send me that.
