I received my order in a package that smells like a dump. We pay €7.80 for shipping and the order is delivered in a smelly bubble envelope. My order from February 9 No. N°92308 was delivered in an old box but the contents were correct. However, for this order, I received the serum tube open and poorly closed, so the product leaked. Therefore, I will not use it for fear that the contents have been replaced by an aggressive product; I do not want to take the risk of burning my skin.

I would have liked the delivery service to come right to my door instead of making me go down from the fifth floor without an elevator.

The ht26 products are not very lightening as you say. The skin is, however, soft.

The website is easy to use however, when I placed my order, they shipped the wrong product which I returned. I then purchased body lotion "anti stains" for the second time but the one they sent to me smells disgusting and the texture is not smooth. You can feel the beat or plastic. I spent a lot on your products, I have introduced some friends to your products. We also spend a lot on shipping as we order from the UK.

I received my package quickly. I've been using it for 3 days, and I already see a change in my skin. I wait to see over time. I recommend this product.

The site has remained true to itself, always looking for solutions for problems of black and mixed skin. Thank you for thinking of it.
