HT26 consistently delivers quick and reliable delivery, with packages arriving promptly and well packaged, and often including thoughtful gifts and samples that enhance the shopping experience. The product range and texture receive strong praise, with many reviewers noting effective results, hydration, radiance, and skin improvement from the HT26 line, including color-safe and skin-friendly formulations that suit fragile skin. Customer service and professionalism are highlighted as standout strengths, with responsive support, returns handled smoothly, and ongoing loyalty expressed by long-time users who value the range for its compatibility with their skin tone and needs. Overall, customers report satisfying purchases, positive experiences with fast delivery, and appreciation for gifts and the quality of the products.
Navigation is sometimes difficult and on top of that your delivery fees are very expensive but I can understand Chronopost, but the relay should be free with a purchase of over 50€ the delivery should even be free with a big brand like HT26 but unfortunately, it does not encourage buying online from you, please look into this. THANK YOU

I ordered 4 top line foot files and I received 4 files, but they are not at all the model I ordered.
So I am very very disappointed with the order. I would have liked to be asked for my opinion before sending me something else that I did not order.

I placed my order a month ago, my products have still not been shipped, I contacted you without response, and you took my money but did not send my products. This is bad service, never order from this place again.

I have no problem with HT26, but the shipping costs are 10 euros for express delivery, but I have already reported more than 2 times that I always receive my order 4 to 5 days or even 6 days after my order, I don't find that fair, that's my problem today.

Hello, our average delivery times are 24 hours when you order before 10 am, 48 hours when you order after 10 am. Delivery times are longer for people living more than 500 km from Paris like you because there are several factors, including transport-related uncertainties, distance, and connections. Thank you for understanding this. Thank you for your feedback, and we do our best to bring you closer to us through fast delivery. Best regards, Eym from customer service.

Hello, Your refund is in progress, because between an international delivery that could not go through due to your address, you were considering whether you should ultimately be delivered in France, so we were waiting for your final decision. Either you modify your international address or you maintain the new national address. Best regards, Eym from the HT26 customer service.
