Difficulty during my online payment. I had to call the store and with a salesperson, he proceeded differently. This needs to be reviewed.

Easy to find the products we are looking for and fast delivery. But only the delivery people do not want to show up, you always have to go down to get them or they will put it in the elevator

Fast order and fast delivery, easy navigation on the site. The only small downside in my delivery was that a gift that is on the invoice was missing. Other than that, very satisfied with my first order.

I received my order with 1 of the 3 large plastic bottles shattered at the base, due to very light packaging.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PACKAGING:
Outer corrugated cardboard 2 mm thick
Top and bottom foam plate 4 mm
Each bottle wrapped in cellophane
Nothing to stabilize the bottles, which barely occupy half the volume.
Under these conditions, if the package was jostled at all, it is not surprising that a bottle arrived shattered!
Thanks to the cellophane, only part of the contents leaked into the cardboard, so the leak was not visible from the outside when I received the package at the relay point.
My email sent upon receipt - 3 working days ago - to the webmaster of ht26, accompanied by a photo of the damage, has gone unanswered. I hope for at least a refund for the shattered bottle.
