After using your products for few days I'm having rashes on my face. what do you recommend. I used HT26 - Maximal concentration bleaching face lotion at night and I used White Essence - Correcting lightening serum on my spots. please tell me what to do. the rashes are itchy. I wrote to Ht26. no one has contact me since then. should I returned products?, can I get a refund or replacement with something that will help my face. Thank you

My package arrived quickly and in very good condition. It has now been 2 weeks since I started using the products. I am still observing. No changes yet. I will come back in a few weeks to give my opinion.

I placed an order and I did not receive it, I sent you several emails on your site and no one responds to me.

I received my order with 1 of the 3 large plastic bottles shattered at the base, due to very light packaging.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PACKAGING:
Outer corrugated cardboard 2 mm thick
Top and bottom foam plate 4 mm
Each bottle wrapped in cellophane
Nothing to stabilize the bottles, which barely occupy half the volume.
Under these conditions, if the package was jostled at all, it is not surprising that a bottle arrived shattered!
Thanks to the cellophane, only part of the contents leaked into the cardboard, so the leak was not visible from the outside when I received the package at the relay point.
My email sent upon receipt - 3 working days ago - to the webmaster of ht26, accompanied by a photo of the damage, has gone unanswered. I hope for at least a refund for the shattered bottle.

The first shipment was lost and it cost me a lot to call. The second shipment took 4 days to receive.

Very unsatisfied with my order, because part of it was broken, some lotions came without the seal on. I have tried to contact HT26 several times by phone and email but have not gotten any response. Still waiting for a replacement of the damaged lotion or a refund.

So, I suppose it will get better, for now, I am happy. The only unpleasant thing about the body milk is some kind of whitish and unpleasant bits... that remain on the surface of the skin or on the skin after application. They should avoid this during manufacturing or when packaging the milk in the bottles please.
