THANK YOU HT26 FOR THE FAST DELIVERY AND THE GIFTS. I HAVE KNOWN HT26 MILK FOR 15 YEARS AND IT IS THE ONLY ONE THAT CALMS MY HYPER ALLERGIC BODY. BUT I GIVE 4 STARS BECAUSE THE GIFTS OTHER THAN THE BB RANGE ARE ALL LIGHTENING AND I DID NOT FIND THIS POSITIVE BECAUSE THE BB MILK IS FOR ME. I AVOID ADULT PRODUCTS THAT DESTROY THE SKIN OF AFRICAN WOMEN. SO I CAN'T EVEN USE THESE GIFTS! I LOVE MY COMPLEXION AS AN AFRICAN AND I AM NOT COMPLEXED AT ALL SO THIS DE-PIGMENTATION PROPAGANDA DISAPPOINTED ME A LOT.

I did not receive the products I ordered and I contacted you but you completely ignored my complaint. I am really disappointed and had to ask my bank to resolve the issue because I do not accept losing my money. I work hard for that.

I thought I ordered certain products and received a package containing other products. Products that have nothing to do with what I ordered. I contacted HT26 to explain the situation and received no response. I had to contact my bank to explain the situation so that I could get a refund. I am really disappointed

Order received on time but the way the delivery person handled it needs improvement. He rang the intercom, I opened, and he left the package in the elevator without notifying me, and I went down with my ID and my pen via the stairs.. And I waited in shock, finally I found the package in the elevator... A different way of delivering that I don't know. I'll know for next time. Thank you

Well packaged. I am eagerly awaiting the results because the products are a bit expensive and since I live in Canada, I had to pay customs fees again.

The delivery was frankly fast. I started using the product almost 5 days ago, I can't yet confirm the lightening aspect but I noticed that it softens the skin very well.

Hello, I would like the buyer to have the option to choose Collissimo at the time of payment because until now, for a week, I have still not been delivered by Chronopost and they are leading me on over the phone. I find them very expensive for a very poor service.

Very well received, good packaging, it seems to be good. Pleasant texture and they are good but it's only been a few days of use so it's too early to conclude anything

I only used it for two days on my son, he had small red spots on his face and I wrote to customer service but have not received a response since because I want to return the others, it's useless and I do not recommend it

First, navigation on the site is not smooth and more complex on mobile. Delivery without issue. Then, satisfaction is half because I did not receive the box as it is presented on your site and I had to claim a missing product. Also, I never received the small mirror. Finally, customer service is reactive, but does not really engage with customers.

I am not happy with the maximum day face cream, it gave me a lot of pimples on my face, not nice to see, I am disgusted. It already happened with the first face cream and I changed to the one for 32€ which didn't change anything, on the contrary, it worsened. Please respond, I need your advice to remove the pimples and the oily skin it created for me
