I haven't received anything for almost 2 weeks and no communication with the company, it's a shame

Already for the delivery I found myself paying customs fees upon receipt of the package, but the real problem is that I opened the new bottle of milk yesterday and I notice that it has neither the color, nor the scent, nor the texture of the other milk that I had paid for before, so I am confused and hesitate to put it on my baby. For the rest of my order, it seems correct, the only problem is the milk which is not the same as usual, I don't understand

For now, nothing to say, it's perfect! The delivery is fast and I really like the gifts that come with it, not to mention the catalogs :) . I also took products for my mom and I am waiting for her feedback :) . However, I did not receive my voucher :( HT26 I hope you will read me.

This is my second time making a big purchase on your website, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. When I validated my order online with an additional 36 euros to pay for DHL, I received a confirmation, then the next day I get a second email from HT26 with the purchase of only 1 item. So I had my cousin who lives in France call and explain to the manager the situation, she responded that it was too late because my order was separated and will be sent as is with extra shipping fees. She also sent me an email, talking like she was sorry but she wasn’t going to do anything about the situation as she stated. That was bad customer service, and I doubt that I will make future purchases. Sincerely yours. Ais

Very fast and satisfactory delivery

Order received quite quickly, it's been 3 days since I started using the products from the range. The smell is quite pleasant and it's quite moisturizing, for the brightening side I will come back in a month to complete my review based on the results.

I ordered my products since 7/11/2020 and till now, I have not received it. I am not sure I will be using your service again. No explanation has been given why there is a delay. It's better to have a refund so that I can look for an alternative.

Very good. Payment in 3 installments refused though. Too bad, I could have bought more.

But the shipping costs are excessive, from Paris to the Paris suburbs 9.99€ is too much compared to other online sales sites, which either offer free shipping or less than 5 euros!!! Yet the packages come from far away!

Information taken by phone, the order was made immediately. I received my order 24 hours later in great packaging, accompanied by gifts, samples, and catalogs. Thank you HT26.
