HT26 consistently delivers quick and reliable delivery, with packages arriving promptly and well packaged, and often including thoughtful gifts and samples that enhance the shopping experience. The product range and texture receive strong praise, with many reviewers noting effective results, hydration, radiance, and skin improvement from the HT26 line, including color-safe and skin-friendly formulations that suit fragile skin. Customer service and professionalism are highlighted as standout strengths, with responsive support, returns handled smoothly, and ongoing loyalty expressed by long-time users who value the range for its compatibility with their skin tone and needs. Overall, customers report satisfying purchases, positive experiences with fast delivery, and appreciation for gifts and the quality of the products.
I ordered 2 boxes and only received one! The service is slow, and they are incompetent in managing order-related issues. The ranges are less effective than before. I do not recommend.

I was too frustrated during my last order. I had clearly specified my address for delivery. But you sent it to a pick-up point since I am pregnant, it was too much for me

Response from HT26
Hello Madam, I am sorry for your bad experience. However, I have checked and you had indeed requested a delivery to the following pick-up point: FR2S 50 Boulevard Stalingrad 06300 Nice France. Do not hesitate to check on your account. It’s an automated procedure that we could do nothing about; if you request to be delivered to a pick-up point, we cannot change it afterwards. I am still sorry for your experience, but we do our best for everyone

Very long shipping service, no message to inform the customer of the receipt of the package, no tracking, so I do not recommend and disappointed.

I received my entire range, but I did not receive what I ordered. I ordered the entire VITALITY range, and I got a mix of everything, knowing that I can only stand the smell of the vitality range. I called as soon as I received my order and was told that it was because the vitality range is out of stock. Yes, that's true, but the least they could have done was to call me to inform me or send me an email instead of taking the liberty to send me what they thought was good. Anyway.

Hello, First of all, thank you for asking for my opinion regarding my order. Actually, I did not receive the product I ordered but rather another one instead. I had purchased a shower gel for £27 but upon delivery, I received an aloe vera shower gel that costs £19, which is an £8 difference. After the lockdown, I went to the HT26 shop in Château Rouge to explain to them, as I usually buy my products there, they gave me a customer service number that I called several times without any response. So you owe me £8.

I love your products but I am a bit disappointed with the price increase with each new order, not to mention the customs fees which are not negligible. Berlin also needs an HT26 shop. Best regards
