This time the service disappointed me a lot. I placed the order on 30.11.2018 and I received it on 7.1.2019 just after validating another order since I had lost all hope of receiving the other. I hope this last one will not be like the previous one, otherwise I will stop using ht26.com.

Customer service very mediocre, unpleasant, cold, and disrespectful saleswoman. If you have a problem with your order, you are left to yourself because there is no communication, they do not respond to messages even if you use the contact form. Prisca is the worst saleswoman at Ht26, she is cold and not professional at all.
I will never buy products here again because in case of a problem, there is no possible communication

Indeed, we did not intend to make your HT26 experience unpleasant but rather wanted to resolve your complaint as best as possible.
This was done by contacting you by phone to inform you that your package has been resent by us and by providing you with your new tracking number.
You were also asked to close the dispute made on PayPal which is totally justified as your package has been re-delivered.

The products are well grouped by category, which makes choosing easier. Just a small issue, the shipping costs are too high. For an order to be delivered in Holland, the shipping costs are €18. That's discouraging!
