Satisfied as usual, but I find that the small gifts offered are not up to the orders, you could honestly offer better. that's my point of view. Otherwise, I am a loyal customer and I believe I will remain so because I am very satisfied with the quality of the products.

Unfortunately, I do not always benefit from a discount voucher on this same product but otherwise this site is secure and I like that.

I have only been waiting for 3 days to see...

I give 2 stars because received in 4 days... otherwise one of the products is non-compliant and no one to solve the problem. It's a shame because I thought Ht26 had enough professionals for that... now I have to fight to get a refund.

I find that delivery is very complicated with you. I received my package in poor condition. It was returned and it took almost 3 weeks to finally get my package. And on top of that, not even a commercial gesture from you. I am disappointed

I received my package today, but I am really disappointed with the delay and especially the quality of the product.
The milk is different! It is lighter than usual and its smell is less strong; it seemed like a mixture of the original and another substance. Even the packaging (the bottle that contains the milk and the writings) is different. I am very disappointed about this.
Regarding the delivery, excuse me, but I think that for €36 in shipping costs, packages should be delivered within the maximum 10 days you specify during the order. Mine always arrive after 3 weeks.
I sincerely hope that these remarks will be addressed or will not recur with the next order because it is not reasonable at all.

Not bad but the shipping costs are too high

I received my entire order quite quickly and within the deadline.. especially since I live in Quebec.
However, one bottle of oil had a leak.. this is something to improve because even before my order, when I read the comments on your deliveries, this was the main reason that came up several times..
Now let's see if I get the desired effect on my skin..

For me, zero stars, the delivery person didn't even ring the intercom; I received a notice in my mailbox while I was present, then went to the post office to wait 30 minutes only to be told that I had to come back the next day, even though it was clearly written on the slip that the package would be available the next day. In short, I will never go through you again; I will go directly to the store and pay shipping fees to ultimately struggle like never before to retrieve my package. NO THANK YOU.

I love HT26 beauty products because I have been using them for over 10 years. My friends love my complexion and I will remain loyal to HT26. Kiss

It's a safe site, I'm not afraid to use my Visa card. The delivery is fast, the products are well presented.

Very serious site and products that meet my expectations.

I received my order in a package that smells like a dump. We pay €7.80 for shipping and the order is delivered in a smelly bubble envelope. My order from February 9 No. N°92308 was delivered in an old box but the contents were correct. However, for this order, I received the serum tube open and poorly closed, so the product leaked. Therefore, I will not use it for fear that the contents have been replaced by an aggressive product; I do not want to take the risk of burning my skin.

I would have liked the delivery service to come right to my door instead of making me go down from the fifth floor without an elevator.

The ht26 products are not very lightening as you say. The skin is, however, soft.

I am satisfied with my order. But shipping costs need to be reviewed to make purchases easier on the site.
