A mediocre customer service. No follow-up. False advertising, this is the first and last time I order from this site.

I was not at all satisfied with this delivery, I was sent a bottle with a broken cap, the glycerin was leaking, there wasn't even any tape; anyway I sent the photos and no one responded.
It's a shame that I can't rate you zero

Response from HT26
Hello,
We are devastated to read your review.
You purchased the Dark & Lovely medium relaxer kit from L'Oréal. These are products that have been tested and have several years of marketing behind them.
This kind of problem can occur when the product has been left on for too long.
I will contact you tomorrow to give you the Dark & Lovely customer service number.
Best regards,
The HT26 team

Response from HT26
Hello,
We are sorry but when you reported the error, the package had already been sent.
We obviously reported the modified address to La Poste but they could not do anything.
Thank you for your understanding.

Disappointed with the packaging which shows great indiscretion. A neutral packaging would be more appropriate.
