I was not at all satisfied with this delivery, I was sent a bottle with a broken cap, the glycerin was leaking, there wasn't even any tape; anyway I sent the photos and no one responded.

I had to call 10 times for the delivery address to be changed - my request was never taken into account... disappointing

The texture is perfect, no difference with my hair, indeed the loss of strands is very very little, almost none. The only thing is the smell of the strand that smells like petrol. If it weren't for this little detail, I would have given 5 stars and the delivery time is longer than indicated.
