Hello, the body lotion I received does not have the same effects as the one I received previously. That one made my skin yellow while the other gave me a clear white and hydrated complexion. Moreover, the massage oil that was part of the gifts was missing.

Already the current logistics team is not doing its job properly. My package has been resent 2 times for the same address issue... It is unacceptable for a package to be sent without an address. You agree with me that before validating the order, all information is verified... and even when the package is resent, no application on the packaging. Hello, The tracking of your package indicates that you received it on December 26 (so no delay error), the proof is that it was the subject of a complaint from you because the package was 'incomplete', you indeed only received 2 products, having ordered a set including 6 products. We always show honesty regarding the acknowledgment of our mistakes, but admitting that we forgot to include more than half of the ordered products when your package weighed 2.6 kg when it left our premises (an Action-Stains set weighs between 2.5 kg and 2.9 kg depending on the gifts distributed, the weight of the box...) is unthinkable. My experience has just been very bad. I ordered a carrot cream from ht24 and the serum. Both with high prices. When I received my package yesterday and opened it, I was surprised that there was only a small Topsy gel exfoliating cream inside, some gloves and a soap as a gift. I made no such request. I hope they give me my money back or tell me how to return this, because it is a shame to pay so much money and have them give you another item. I want to receive what I asked for. I'm disappointed. Give me my money back and take your exfoliator. I don't give them a zero because you can't. after having waited so long.
