I love my products and the packaging was great. My only problem is the exaggerated amount of shipping. Shipping is supposed to be free for a certain amount of orders. I ordered about 3 different sets costing about $350. Why should I pay for shipping? Sometimes I want to refill my products but when I think of shipping I change my mind

Yes just one star because I am very disappointed. I explain that I ordered the ht26 anti-spot milk (skin harmony) with a white cap and I see that it is rather the one with the gold cap that was sent to me since the color of the milk is yellow and not white. So I am in trouble because all my clothes will be stained with this yellowish color that this milk has, because I had used it before and it did not go well since it left yellow stains on my sheets, underwear, and clothes. Not to mention that it has a very bad smell for me who loves everything that has a pleasant scent, really very disappointed with my order this month.

Very bad service. It has been 2 weeks since I contacted customer service by email, phone call, and Instagram to ask about the shipping cost of products to China because there is no possibility to order on the site (since customer service informed me that the shipping prices to China are no longer 40 euros but have increased), but no one responds to me. Customer service just keeps making me go in circles. They do not respond to messages and when they do respond, it is to answer something other than what I am asking as a way to pass the time. VERY DISAPPOINTED that a brand like HT26 has such a mediocre customer service.
