Very disappointed with the delivery, when you are charged so much for delivery you expect to receive your package at home but that is never the case. Every time I have to go pick up the package at the post office and wait in long lines and carry a heavy box home. Might as well go to the store. Very disappointed with the delivery method. Nevertheless, I am happy with the gifts.

Order very poorly packaged with toxic adhesive tape directly stuck on the products, I find this kind of packaging very dangerous for cosmetic products with a free product that I did not receive, fast delivery nonetheless

The order went well except for the delivery. We patiently wait at home and the postman leaves me a notice instead of ringing to deliver the package. I went to pick up my package and this is unacceptable.

The customer service I received was the worst I ever encountered. They were not ready to assist with tracing my order until I reported to PayPal. I will not be ordering from HT26 in the future. My order took about 6 weeks to arrive and HT26's response was lukewarm and nonchalant. I do not recommend - never!

We have nevertheless often informed you that your parcel was held by the customs service, in this case, unfortunately we have no control and the period of possession can be up to a month.
After this period, the parcels go back to delivery, which was the case for you.
