Hello, I have received my order, however, it does not correspond to the order I placed on your site. I received 'HT 26 douceur' (white pot) instead of 'HT 26 optimiste' (purple pot). Thank you for taking this error into account so that I can benefit from my desired product. Mba Ovono Maria Leona Best regards.

I did not receive my entire order, missing one product. I ordered 2 toothpastes and only received one. A bit disappointed with my order, complaint made by phone, still waiting for a response.

I am pleasantly surprised by the quality and softness of my weave's hair, especially the volume it has. After seeing how it will look when installed. No issues with delivery. I highly recommend HT26 for its seriousness. I plan to order again in the future for another weave. Thank you HT26

I had ordered the maximum concentration lightening oil and I received a product that smelled like rapeseed oil and was very greasy. This is really not the same product that I have already ordered several times on this site. I am totally disappointed.
