Thank you to the customer service who is always courteous. This is really an element that matters a lot to me. I am so impatient that 5 days of waiting for delivery seem long (laughs). Otherwise, quality service and especially thank you for the little gifts.

I am very disappointed I ordered shea oil and I receive the gelled bottle and my finger can't even penetrate the tip. You have to do a marine bath every time before use..
