Hello, The tracking of your package indicates that you received it on December 26 (so no delay error), the proof is that it was the subject of a complaint from you because the package was 'incomplete', you indeed only received 2 products, having ordered a set including 6 products. We always show honesty regarding the acknowledgment of our mistakes, but admitting that we forgot to include more than half of the ordered products when your package weighed 2.6 kg when it left our premises (an Action-Stains set weighs between 2.5 kg and 2.9 kg depending on the gifts distributed, the weight of the box...) is unthinkable. It's going to be almost a year since I've been using this range, I had never had such satisfactory results as those of these last days. That is to say in a year all the orders that were delivered to me were not compliant products, they were products that either passed their expiration dates or lasted too long and did not give me the shade indicated in the product description and gave me lots of pimples on my face and also eczema under my breasts. Recently I placed an order, upon receiving it, I discovered that the color and smell had nothing to do with those I was used to receiving. Furious I contacted ht26 complaining about receiving non-compliant products when in reality it was the compliant product that I had just received for the very first time. Ignoring that the true color of the product is white and not Belgian as I was used to receiving, I demanded a change or a return in case they would refuse to change it by blaming the seller who thanks to her I discovered the real product. The latter then decided to send me another product, but before the arrival of the other product, since I had nothing left to put on my skin I decided to use what I thought was a fake product on my skin before the real one was delivered to me. Surprisingly I discovered a new radiant skin with the shade I had always dreamed of, the pimples disappearing, the itching of eczema fading, thank you infinitely honest seller, thanks to you I discover the benefits of this range that beautifies my skin with the clear white complexion I have always dreamed of. Sorry for the way I behaved with you, I apologize. Now that I know the true color and smell of my range, I keep an eye on you. In short, I am very satisfied with the new result on my skin, it has given me a certain confidence in myself ...

The French regulation being very strict and our products controlled more than regularly, we are always obliged to send you compliant products, both in terms of date and formula. But in order to respect our ethics (selling natural and quality products), our products do not contain color preservatives which are however very present in the majority of cosmetic products on the market. Certainly the color may vary, but this in no way relates to the validity date of the products or their non-compliance. Each of your orders was the subject of a complaint that should not have been (a drop of product present on the packaging, a color that varies a little ...), and the products were still sent to you, without us having recovered the products that did not suit you. Nevertheless, we are delighted to have been able to resolve the situation and to know that you are now satisfied!
