It's okay, the products are well presented, the product I bought suits me very well, especially for black and mixed skin. The delivery was fast.

On my order, it was marked that I should receive a shower gel and a spa treatment as a gift, but I received the opposite, and I don't even know what it is and how to use it.

A brand that I discovered by chance... and I am very satisfied, the package is very well wrapped, I had the pleasure of discovering welcome gifts and the ordered product is already having an effect on the spots, pleasantly surprised, I recommend this brand 200%.

It's a good site, we can easily find products, but from time to time we should highlight some new products or the old ones that we don't necessarily think to order.

The site design is good. But there is no information about expected delivery times except within France and I made my latest order on the 13th of December and after 8 days it has still not arrived - and I do not have any tracking information. I am not pleased at all and if a well-established firm like HT26 cannot effectively manage the Christmas surge of customers it makes me wonder what else they may be failing at doing correctly....

Hello, Order received, but not the right product! Given the reviews from other comments for the product ordered and received another. I didn't want to call, I had ordered a soap and received a small jar of cream. Nothing to do with what I ordered. Better to go to the store to buy. I do not recommend the internet!

Proposal to replace the effective product, Fast delivery and good. However, regarding the gifts, I only had the bath gel. I will recommend to my friends.

I am disappointed because my order was not delivered in full and is not compliant. One box of relaxer is missing (2 ordered). Customer service unreachable! The delivered hair cream is not the one ordered! And no one informs you of this change!
