I did not receive the products I ordered and I contacted you but you completely ignored my complaint. I am really disappointed and had to ask my bank to resolve the issue because I do not accept losing my money. I work hard for that.

I thought I ordered certain products and received a package containing other products. Products that have nothing to do with what I ordered. I contacted HT26 to explain the situation and received no response. I had to contact my bank to explain the situation so that I could get a refund. I am really disappointed

Hello, everything went wonderfully, good communication from the Ht26 group for the good follow-up of my order. Nothing to complain about. Delivery times respected as planned. Delivered quickly in 3 days I received my package. The best part is that the products are very well packaged, no risk of leakage, bursting or product spillage.
Furthermore, I have not yet tested the products for more than a week, so I am still waiting for the expected result on my skin. But I love it.
