Package received well in 24 hours. In excellent condition. Bravo and thank you for all the gifts. According to my African friend who is happy with this product, it's a pity that I cannot deliver to her in Austria.

The service was correct but I am not satisfied with the delivery, it was delayed and complicated by Chronopost. In short, I am disappointed with the gifts because a product at this price deserves gifts that correspond to the purchased product, like a good to wear the wig, a cream for the maintenance of the wig, or a glue for the wig. It's not the same as in the photo, I received a wig that is too smooth, I don't even know if I can curl it, no instructions. It looks really good in the photo, it's not the same thing that I received. I don't know if an exchange is possible.

The site is good but it has imperfections. For example, I received an invoice of 72 euros yet on my credit card it was more than that, 125 euros. I had the impression that there is subcontracting.
