Hello madam, you placed an order for Congo. However, we wanted to refund you because the shipping costs were very high (for the transport of very few products), and we had deducted a third from you. Following this, you told us to wait for your next order to send you all your products, as the payment of the shipping costs for this order added to the other order would have given two-thirds of the shipping costs that we were actually paying.
