I am very disappointed with the customer service that is unable to resend my order which was returned to them, supposedly the person in charge is absent for a few days. Ht26 is an old company and should be able to resolve these minor issues without delay.

Even when this happens, we proceed with a refund, as people abroad may have difficulty paying immediately for security reasons.
