I haven't received my order. I had clearly specified in the order in the delivery section that I was passing through Paris and after the deadline the package will arrive behind me.
But you did not respect this deadline, worse, how many emails did I leave to your customer service? Until today without a response except for the spontaneous replies and you dare to ask me for my opinion???

Please understand that you ordered on a public holiday, we processed your order the next day Friday and considering the weekend you did not receive your order on Saturday. Do not forget that you provided an international number and not a local one, the carrier could not reach you because there was an anomaly with the delivery address. We invite you to take care of this earlier next time as we have constraints related to the public holiday, the weekend, and also to (the health crisis which causes a staggered organization of carriers on sites to maintain distancing)

we respect the delivery time, note that since 29/10/2021 your order was already ready on Friday 29/10/2021. Weekends and public holidays are not taken into account in the delivery time.
