I’m so disappointed with my order. My order got damaged because of poor packaging. I have sent emails but no reply. I have also called but no one ever picks. This is the second time I’m having a similar situation that never gets resolved. Still hoping my problem is resolved.

Make sure to inform the client about taxes to be paid through DHL prior to delivery. My package was delivered 4 days late due to DHL's email request to pay estimated taxes that I was not aware of when checking out my order on the HT26 website.
