I have no problem with HT26, but the shipping costs are 10 euros for express delivery, but I have already reported more than 2 times that I always receive my order 4 to 5 days or even 6 days after my order, I don't find that fair, that's my problem today.

Delivery times are longer for people living more than 500 km from Paris like you because there are several factors, including transport-related uncertainties, distance, and connections. Hello, I had a very bad experience with HT26 because since 08/06/2023 I placed an order on the site and until now I have not received my order and I have not been refunded. I called HT26 Paris and I spoke to a very unpleasant saleswoman who has no respect for customers as she also spoke badly to my husband. She even hung up on me.
