So bad. This is the second time we order and they send us completely different products from those we ordered. Since we did not react to the first slip-up, with poorly packaged products among others, HT26 thinks we are idiots and they continued with the second major error of sending us different products again. We are no longer buying anything from HT26.

The navigation on the site needs to be reviewed, quite a few bugs. Living on the island of Reunion, the shipping and delivery were top-notch despite the fact that I did not receive a link by email to track my package. I accessed the tracking directly on the site. The only small downside already submitted before is that the packaging of the products also needs to be reviewed because there are often leaks on certain packagings even if they are often well wrapped.

My products arrived well except that my clarifying milks leaked. Why don't you offer delivery by post? With DHL we are forced to pay in addition to shipping fees customs fees which makes it very expensive for us. Thank you for offering postal delivery for customers elsewhere.
