HT26 consistently delivers quick and reliable delivery, with packages arriving promptly and well packaged, and often including thoughtful gifts and samples that enhance the shopping experience. Customer service and professionalism are highlighted as standout strengths, with responsive support, returns handled smoothly, and ongoing loyalty expressed by long-time users who value the range for its compatibility with their skin tone and needs. Overall, customers report satisfying purchases, positive experiences with fast delivery, and appreciation for gifts and the quality of the products.
Very disappointed with my order, even though the delivery is fast and we get little gifts, I unfortunately was not happy with my purchase (buttons appearing more and more) and no results.

Ht26 made me pay a delivery fee of 25€ while they didn't even have the decency to deliver to my home. They sent me a text saying they would deliver during the day around 9 am and 30 minutes later they sent me another message saying they tried to deliver without success while I was at home. I had to walk a lot to pick up my package. And now DHL is sending me a bill for 25fch, I don't understand anything about all this. Why charge me for delivery when they have already cashed 25€? I like their products but I find that this site scams its customers a bit too much.

Quick and easy to order and the order arrived fast. The only thing is the postage fee which is high the reason for not giving 5 stars.

The site design is good. But there is no information about expected delivery times except within France and I made my latest order on the 13th of December and after 8 days it has still not arrived - and I do not have any tracking information. I am not pleased at all and if a well-established firm like HT26 cannot effectively manage the Christmas surge of customers it makes me wonder what else they may be failing at doing correctly....

I just used it so I don't have any improvement yet for the moment the positive side for which I gave this rating is because my skin has been super soft since I started using it. To be seen over time. I will come back to comment.

I haven't received my order. I had clearly specified in the order in the delivery section that I was passing through Paris and after the deadline the package will arrive behind me.
But you did not respect this deadline, worse, how many emails did I leave to your customer service? Until today without a response except for the spontaneous replies and you dare to ask me for my opinion???
For me it's 0*

Please understand that you ordered on a public holiday, we processed your order the next day Friday and considering the weekend you did not receive your order on Saturday. Do not forget that you provided an international number and not a local one, the carrier could not reach you because there was an anomaly with the delivery address. We invite you to take care of this earlier next time as we have constraints related to the public holiday, the weekend, and also to (the health crisis which causes a staggered organization of carriers on sites to maintain distancing)
Best regards,

Hello Madam,
we respect the delivery time, note that since 29/10/2021 your order was already ready on Friday 29/10/2021. Weekends and public holidays are not taken into account in the delivery time.

You simply ordered the day before a weekend with a public holiday on Monday, so the carrier scheduled your order for delivery on 03/11/2021, this was linked to the unpredictability of the public holiday. We thank you.
