Very very poor handling of complaints. Impossible to add the order number or the attachment. It's been 5 days since I made my complaint, but radio silence from the site

After ordering and paying the shipping fees before delivery the carrier requested a customs clearance for Canadian customs, this should be anticipated from the beginning and adds an extra cost of more than 20%, this should be indicated at the order!!!

It's been less than a week since I started and I already have softer skin, however regarding my complexion I will wait a bit longer before making a statement.

The site itself is very good but they forget to include the gifts they offer and put others that have nothing to do with it. The soap and the bread are very good otherwise. Good smell but no results in terms of stains or evening out the complexion

Everything received well and on time. I really appreciated the gift offered. But it did not correspond at all to the one in the order. Moreover, I only received one out of two. Despite the quality of the mini samples received with the order, their quantity really leaves something to be desired.

I tried to order with you and it shows that my order was executed but that you canceled it. Are you wondering if you do not deliver to the United States?

I am quite satisfied, I would have preferred other accessories than the ointment I received as a gift because I already have some. This time the delivery person stayed at the gate and I went to get the package myself unlike the last delivery where he came up to my door to hand it to me

The site is practical
because the proposed forms are a great help in navigation. Moreover, some advice is offered. Fast shipping. As for the foot, knee, and hand care products, and the serum 90, it is premature to give an opinion after a few days of use.

I had a lot of trouble placing my order with the card. Payment error all the time. I had to pay more with PayPal because the conversion from dollars to euros with PayPal was a bit more expensive than with my bank.

Products conform. Packaging needs to be reviewed. Bubble wrap is better than food film for shocks. The gifts were not those announced during the online order.
