I received the order, the products well packaged, to my surprise I got nice gifts, the delivery was one day late but I understand that it is a difficult time. The only problem is that I paid an additional amount of CAD 22.89 for import duties/taxes and customs fees. I contacted HT26 to try to find out why this is not mentioned to customers in advance, I have not received a response from HT26. If I cross the oceans to buy in France, it is because I am loyal to the brand and I expect it to be reciprocal. Since this is the first time this has happened, I am satisfied with the products received hoping for more clarity next time.

Please include instructions in English for customers outside France. I usually pay 19 euros and delivery comes within 48 hours. This time you charged me 25 euros and it took you 1 whole week to deliver. Is this a fair service?

The body lotion (sensuality and optimism) disappointed because it is not moisturizing and has glitter which is annoying so I don't see myself using it much plus I have two of them meh apart from that the exfoliating gel with aloe is very good I recommend

Customer service is ineffective. It's been almost 2 weeks since I sent several emails requesting a name change on the package when the courier did not deliver because my name was not on the address. The package was returned but the amount has not been refunded.

As usual, the products are of very good quality, the packaging is neat and the little gifts are there. Only downside this time: the delivery time was too long, almost a week instead of 2 days! Be careful with this aspect which raises unnecessary concern for the customer.

Product and service very good. Just one problem with the site that is always malfunctioning. Impossible to log in with your account. Forced to create an additional account every time. It is also impossible to deselect a gift that you do not want. It's a shame it ends up in the trash for nothing. If we could choose between a gift or a discount, that would be ideal.
