ht26 serious, order delivered very quickly

I just started using it and I am already satisfied with the scrub, it's really wow

Site not functional for customer complaints.

I have been using HT26 products for months, and I am moderately satisfied, ultimately I do not see the lightening mentioned.

I am 100% satisfied, fast delivery and super good product, I highly recommend

I always receive my orders in the best time. I find that the delivery price is high for Europe. Overall very good and the products keep their promise.

I was disappointed to see how the package was packed, the products thrown into the box not even a nice crumpled paper on top or small pieces of cork around the products to make it look nice. I usually have beauty product packages delivered even from smaller brands than yours, who take care of their packages before sending them to us. For your products, it's the top, I like it a lot.

I am happy with my order, but I did not receive the 50 ml shower gel.

I used the cream, oil, glycerin, and glutathione gel for 5 days but I'm not reassured because it gives a burning effect on my skin with the shower gel. After using the cream, I scratch my skin because it itches as if there are harmful substances present. I am very disappointed. I don't think I will continue to use your product. Before, I used the Francois Bedon range with no problems. Very disappointed with this price for a bad cream.

I called on the phone following an internet order that I had to pick up in store 4 hours away. Plus, the saleswoman was unpleasant!!!

Consequently, the face cream is very small for 26€.

I placed an order on 09/09 that I received on 13/09.
Not only did the order arrive in a catastrophic state, torn box, open etc. (evidence to support); but on top of that, one product was missing!!
So naturally on 13/09 I contacted HT26 with the number I found on Google, they redirected me to 0140511800 supposedly customer service/SAV, which I did.
So I reported my issue to the SAV, they asked me to send an email with the photos as proof, which I did quite simply.
For more than a week I received no response, no follow-up, nor treatment of my issue. So I called continuously, let me tell you that the people who answer the SAV are MORE THAN RUDE in the way they address customers and on top of that hang up when they have no solution, do not listen to the customer's request at all and do not leave any follow-up in the file!
But even better, they constantly have bugs in their ordering software, say they will call the customer back during the day and NEVER do (I have proof of what I am stating)
Today is 14/10 and I still have no response!
So I called this evening at exactly 5:15 PM the SAV, the lady clearly interrupted me and said I quote:

Easy to navigate and find products

Non-existent communication service, you send an email with a concern and no one responds to you. The tracking number is non-existent.

Delivery is okay. Customer service is top-notch

The site is overall well organized, it is quite simple to find your way around when looking for a specific product. Delivery is fast but the only downside is regarding the gift lol please diversify your gifts, we are tired of your bath salt..

I waited almost a month to receive my order. The ordered product was out of stock and I was not informed. During my various calls, I spoke to a gentleman who made promises that were not kept. I think customers deserve more attention. Fortunately, the last salesperson I had offered me something in return.

Hello, upon opening the package, the Topsygel shower emulsion bottle was poorly closed and the liquid had spilled onto the other bottles, which forced me to clean the entire shipment despite the cellophane packaging around it... not very pleasant!!

I am very disappointed, for a first time with you, the experience was unpleasant, a girl I spoke to on the phone was disrespectful and refused to give me her name, obviously the delivery took longer than expected. Honestly, I don't want to go through that again.

The product cap arrived completely broken and I was given a different gift than the one I chose.

I must say that I am quite disappointed... Usually, I use Bedon products that I also buy online and I have never had any problems... For once that I decide to try HT26, the 2 promised gift products did not arrive!!!... and yet, they are clearly listed on invoice 2019-08-17 #FA086108...

First, after ordering I did not receive a confirmation email, this should be automatic, yet after I contacted customer service via WhatsApp who asked me to write an email to claim my confirmation email. I have already submitted my problem to HT26 via WhatsApp, is it still up to me the customer to send an email? What is the purpose of the WhatsApp number on the HT26 site then? It is a lack of seriousness and respect towards the clientele. Thanks to my order number, the person I chatted with on WhatsApp was supposed to contact customer service and take care of my case and not even a hello, what can I do for you? Nothing, no polite formula, I don't know where you recruit your employees but they have not received any serious training and on top of that, there are grammar and spelling mistakes with this person!!! HT26 is still a big brand!!! My confirmation email came days later, in short, a lack of professionalism in the service, it felt like my little niece who in her spare time does overtime for online sales

The delivery took longer than I expected. I was really afraid of losing my money for nothing. The test is really okay

I had an unpleasant surprise after validating the banking data, there was an error message during payment followed by an email asking me to redo the order. I redid the order and was debited twice the same amount and I only received one order. Until now, no response from customer service after reporting.

Quality of the products is impeccable.
A little more attention to detail, for example (makeup bags, 50ml milk samples, .......).
Speed in delivery.
Top!!!

I still don't understand why the catalog shows prices one euro cheaper than the site. As a result, online buyers find themselves somewhat misled.
