Hello Mr. Komto, We thank you for your comment. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We are doing everything possible to avoid this kind of issue. Indeed, our products are taped and wrapped in bubble wrap, individually. The boxes are padded inside to absorb shocks. Unfortunately, we cannot control their transport, but from our shop, the packages and products are carefully protected. Best regards, Prysca HT26

Very beautiful, the hair is soft and of good quality; with the beautiful gift pouch, the only downside is that the wig's hair falls out!

I did not receive the preparation wipes as you wrote. And in my package, I did not have all the products as described in the video. The night cream is missing. I received a carrot-based ointment

The site allowed me to easily make purchases. But I was forgotten (Waiting for restocking) I had to send a message to ask if I would be delivered. And it was only then that the package was prepared. We expect a quick response from you after purchase. thank you

Fast and complete delivery, unfortunately the argan oil bottle opened in the packaging. One third of the bottle spilled everywhere.

Satisfied as usual, but I find that the small gifts offered are not up to the orders, you could honestly offer better. that's my point of view. Otherwise, I am a loyal customer and I believe I will remain so because I am very satisfied with the quality of the products.

The only problem is that there are products in the catalog that are not found on the site. For example, capsules, coconut oils, and others, so we cannot order them or maybe it's just me who doesn't know how to go about it. If that's the case, help me to succeed for my next order. Thank you

Unfortunately, I do not always benefit from a discount voucher on this same product but otherwise this site is secure and I like that.

I find that delivery is very complicated with you. I received my package in poor condition. It was returned and it took almost 3 weeks to finally get my package. And on top of that, not even a commercial gesture from you. I am disappointed

the site is good but there is not enough precision regarding the delivery of products abroad, specifically in Switzerland. I do not understand why I paid not only the shipping fees with you but also upon receipt of the package? Why?

I rated it average because of the 2 times I had an issue. The first time there was an error on one of the ordered products. This time I ordered (purifying sleeping foam) which did not arrive with my order... I called but couldn't reach you. Other than that, I like your products.
