There is something I do not understand, the carrot for the face and the one for the body that I buy from you is filled with little things like crystals, it's a shame for my money the cream is not good too many crystals in the trash now

Considering that I do not live in Europe, it takes a lot of time to receive the package, so if you can work on the shipping duration, that would be great

I had to go to the post office to pick up a package that could easily fit in the mailbox. There are too many useless notifications by messaging to finally learn that you have to go get it. The packaging was insufficient and the cap of one product arrived broken

I was not at all satisfied with this delivery, I was sent a bottle with a broken cap, the glycerin was leaking, there wasn't even any tape; anyway I sent the photos and no one responded.
It's a shame that I can't rate you zero
